Court award Hon. Emma George 2.5M judgement against Crown Princess Hotel

An FCT Court has today, 3rd December 2020 entered judgement in favour of Hon. Emmanuel George for the sum of 2.5M naira.

Emma George has through his lawyer, P. D. Pius Esq sued Crown Princess Hotel and its owner Princess Anazado for failing to pay him the money due to him. The plaintiff claims 1.5M as a security deposit. 800,000 as money for repairing her hotel and another 226,000 for refurbishing convenience in the hotel.

The Court agreed with the Plaintiff’s lawyers and awarded all the money sought by the Plaintiff to be paid immediately.

Crown Princess Hotel must pay the money immediately or risk its properties being confiscated and the hotel being taken over by Emma George.

The Plaintiff’s lawyers have since hinted that they will be taking over the hotel in a few day’s time if the judgment sum is not paid immediately.
