Oluwatomi Love Adetula is a solution-driven corporate/commercial lawyer with vast experience in

corporate dispute resolutions, company incorporations and corporate practice, regulatory compliance, project finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate commercial litigation, restricting and other corporate commercial matters.

Oluwatomi bagged her LLB from the University of Ibadan and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2014 after graduating from the Nigerian Law School, Lagos Campus with several awards, she also holds a Master’s Degree (LL.M) with Honours from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife.

After her law practice for about 10 years across the country in Ibadan, Oyo State Ilorin in Kwara State and Kano in Kano State, she partners with P. D. Pius & Associates.

Alongside team-spirited lawyers, paralegals and the latest information technology applications at our disposal, she manages clients’ portfolios.
