The High Court of Federal Capital Territory Abuja, sitting at Apo has entered judgment for our client Haventis Pharmacy. This is contained in a judgment in suit no. GAR/M/1178/2023 delivered on Monday the 8th day of April 2024.

Our client vehicle, Toyota Corolla has been detained unjustly by the Nigerian Police. This led to the action seeking the release of the vehicle. The Court agreed with the arguments of P. D. Pius & Associates and ordered the release of the vehicle.
